JUDGING DETAILS

The Orage Masters is always so interesting because its rider inspired and of course rider judged. As teams battle it out head to head in the first two heats, the other non-competing teams will be throwing up scores ranging between 0 and 10. We have a guest panel of judges on hand each year as well and to keep things fair, these judges drop the high and low scores of the teams and then throw up their own scores also between 0 and 10. When the dust finally settles a team is scored out of 80 points total and will ride that wave either into the next round or right back to their cribs. After the round robin format presents our final two teams, these teams are given the course all to themselves for one last kick at the can. If at any time there is a tie in any heat, teams will choose their best male and female to challenge the other teams best male and female... its off the hook, so check it out!
